Where We Ship

The Gourmet Shelf ships Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to the nature of our products.

Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (such as Christmas), please allow extra time for order processing.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee of $15 per order.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $99.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra) – 2–5 business days
Regional areas – 3–7 business days
Remote locations – 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.

Fragile Items

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery Fees

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place or take it to a collection point. If a redelivery is required, additional charges may apply.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if you are not 100% satisfied or there is an issue with your order, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to assist.
