At Rare Bear Food Co., we take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every bite. Since we sell food items, we’re unable to accept returns—however, if something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Just send us an email at hello@rarebearfoodco.com.au with:
✔ A brief description of the issue
✔ A photo of the item and packaging (if applicable)
✔ Your order number

We’ll assess the situation quickly and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—whatever works best for you.

Quality Concerns
We stand by the quality of our products. If you have any concerns about an item you’ve received, let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Change of Mind
Because food safety is our top priority, we unfortunately can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if you’re unsure about a product before purchasing, feel free to contact us—we’re always happy to help with recommendations!

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once approved. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
